IF-PRO Ice Edger (IceDingo)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The ice edge gang milling machine (IceDingo) is 100 % electric and 0 % emission-free.
It removes the ice crusts that form around the boards in a short time and with little effort.
The edge milling machine was developed and designed to mill off the edges of ice rinks
quickly and efficiently. The machine has a manual height adjustment, which is operated
via a crank from the handle on the handlebar, as well as an adjustable lateral tilt.
The belt milling machine is equipped with two fixed lead-acid batteries with a capacity of
24V – 90Ah. The scope of delivery includes a microprocessor-controlled battery charger
for 220V / 24V with four-stage cycles: Initial charge, final charge, equalization charge
and trickle charge.

SPECIAL PRODUCT FEATURES:
– the height of the milling disk is adjusted using a crank handle
– the height of the guide bar of the drum cutter is also adjustable
– powerful 24 V – 2.0 KW electric motor with electromagnetic flange brake, which stops
immediately when the operating button is released
– movable on 3 wheels to facilitate transportation and adjustment on non-icy surfaces
– the front wheel is lowered when not in use to protect the cutting disk and blades from
touching the ground. So that they do not touch the ground
– the frame is hot-dip galvanized
and the cover is made of deep-drawn ABS plastic parts.
