The prices listed in our online store are final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT.
In the case of cross-border delivery, you may be required to pay additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there.

The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price, they can be called up via the “Shipping costs” page, are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition.

We offer the following payment methods:

Prepayment

Please transfer the invoice amount due directly to our bank account in advance. We will keep your ordered goods reserved for you until then.
Please use the order number as the reference for the bank transfer.
Your order will only be dispatched after receipt of payment in our account.

Invoice

Simply order and pay afterwards. However, you must already be registered with us as a customer and be activated for payment on account. Purchase on account is only possible up to a maximum order volume of €1,000 per order.

SEPA direct debit

If you are already registered with us as a customer and order regularly, we will be happy to set up a SEPA mandate for an automatic direct debit for you. Alternatively, you can also use SEPA-Serive with your PayPal account.
